What Is The Return Policy?

We promise to deliver high-quality products, in good condition, to the mailing address you provided. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with the products you receive, you can return non-sale items within the 30 days of purchase for a refund. Shipping charge is not refundable. You need to be responsible for the shipping cost of the return package. All return items must be packaged well and received in good condition. Otherwise return will not be accepted. All returns for a refund are subject to a 15% restocking fee. We will credit back in 4 weeks after we receive your return package. For exchanges, there will be shipment charge. To return or exchange please fill out below form and we will send you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions regarding how you return or exchange your item(s). If a customer refuses receipt of a package that they ordered or neglects to pick the package up at the Post Office after the Postal Service has attempted delivery and returns the package to VVdeals.com, you will NOT receive a cash refund. Instead you will only receive a store credit for the base purchase price of the products. Any products that are not defective, incorrect or damaged during shipment, that are returned to VVdeals.com with an approved RMA#, for whatever reason, where the initial shipping was paid for by VVdeals.com will have the shipping charges deducted from the total return amount. Absolutely no returns will be accepted without RMA # and no replacements will be shipped without prior authorization of return. Any product send to VVdeals.com without RMA will be refused and shipped back the customer at their expense. Returns without RMA# will not be accepted. No exceptions will be made.

2. RMA# is only valid for 14 days. We need to receive your return package within 14 days after RMA# is issued.
3. Clearly post RMA# on the outside of the shipment packaging.
4. The return items must be in "brand new" condition. Be careful of the packaging since most of our products are fragile. We will refuse all the damaged packages and no refund will be issued. Be sure to include the packing slip with your return, and wrap the package securely.
5. For security reasons unidentifiable packages will be refused.
We promise to process your request in a timely manner.
Instructions for returning faulty goods
Before returning goods, please contact us first to discuss the issues you are having. Most of the times we are able to sort out the problem by giving technical support, without you having to send anything back.
If there are irremediable defects with the devices, you can return them back to us for repair or replacement under our twelve months warranty.
Please contact us, and we will offer you a return code (e.g. RETURN20080801A) and our return address, along with additional important instructions.
Generally we advise you to return faulty goods by sending them through the Post Office rather than using couriers like DHL, UPS, and TNT. Normally it will take 2 weeks to return goods to us by Post Office.

Do You Have A Guarantee Or Warranty On All Products?

Yes. All our products are covered by a 12 month WARRANTY, for return and repair / replacement.
In essence this means that faulty products can be returned to VVdeals. We will make the repairs or instant replacement and ship them back to you.
VVdeals chooses products to sell based on their excellent designs and proven reliability. So the quality is guaranteed. We check all of your orders during the packing stage to make sure that the right accessories are included and that the adapters and other standards are correct for your country. We have a QA team who tests your ordered products are functioning correctly before they are packed and sent to you. We will try our best to make sure the products shipped to our customers are in good quality.

How Is The Replacement Policy?

While we strive to provide you with quality products at a bargain, a product might not perform as expected by the time it's delivered. In such cases, you may ask for a replacement, and on return of the product, you will be shipped a replacement.
Defective products are exchanged within 30 days of delivery (from the date products were received). Please contact us or send us an email with a picture or video file clearly showing the defect of the product, and we will give you a response within 72 hours (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).
We recommend customers to keep the original packaging of the order until the items are found to be in good condition. Our customer care staffs may request that you send a picture of the original packaging to research on and help you resolve any product or order related questions.
After 30 days from delivery the return shipping costs (both ways) will be the sole responsibility of the customer. We will still try to exchange your defective products for a brand new one where possible.

When Will A Replacement Be Sent?

Replacements are treated the same way as that of new orders - they typically arrive in 10 to 13 days. If a product needs to be returned for replacement, the replacement is sent after receiving the returned item.

How To Refund A Product?

Several conditions must be met before VVdeals will refund an item. We also offer partial refunds if conditions for a full refund is not met. Also note that some of our items are non-refundable. You should also call our Customer Support Hot-line and one of our customer representatives will be glad to clarify for you.
We only allow a complete refund for items that have problems caused by VVdeals. This means that damaged items not caused by VVdeals cannot warrant a full refund.
If the returning package doesn't include all the accessories and parts it was shipped with, the cost of the accessories and parts will be deducted from the total product price and can only warrant a partial refund.
Usually VVdeals can and will offer complete and partial refunds on most of the items. However, some items on our website might have special conditions and might be non-refundable. When the package finally returns to our office, we will examine the item and offer a complete refund if the above required conditions is met. If there are missing or parts and accessories, we can offer a partial refund depending on the item condition.
All packages that warrant a complete and partial refund will have its original shipping fee (from VVdeals to you) refunded as well! VVdeals will not be responsible for the returning shipping fee (from you to VVdeals).
All VVdeals items have 7 days (from customer receiving the package to the customer contacting us) before being non-eligible for complete and partial refund.
VVdeals reserve the right to issue an approximately 15% restocking fee based on the condition and specification of the item.

How Long Can I Receive Your Refund?

Refunds are processed within 1-5 business days after you received our confirmation on the cancellation, and the PayPal refund can be seen in your PayPal account right away once it is processed. Once processed, you will receive a confirmation e-mail from PayPal. You may also call PayPal to verify your refund. Their USA toll free phone number is 1-888-221-1161.

How Are Warranties Handled?

Repairs on defective merchandise are handled by the manufacturers and not by VVdeals, unless otherwise indicated.
If any item arrives damaged due to shipping, immediately contact the carrier. Keep all shipping materials and contact us immediately.

Need To Repair A Product?

VVdeals.com will repair your item/items if there is ever a problem with it. You should also call our Customer Support Hot-line and one of our customer sales representatives will be glad to clarify for you. A repairing fee might apply depending upon the reason and condition of the damaged item.
When the package finally returns to our office, we will examine the item, identify the problem, and send the package on its way for repair. Note that the time it takes to repair will differ from item to item. For more information please call our customer representatives for clarification.
VVdeals will ship the repaired package back to you with no charge! We will handle all the necessary shipping fees (from VVdeals back to you).
VVdeals will not be responsible for the returning shipping fee (from you to VVdeals).
All VVdeals items have one year (from customer receiving the package to the customer contacting us) before being non-eligible for repair.
VVdeals reserve the right to charge a repairing fee depending upon the reason and condition of the damaged item.
If we discover nothing wrong with the item/items, we will promptly ship the item/items back to you. You will be responsible for the shipping fees.
